The Westwood Warriors wrestling team showcased their strength and skill this week, delivering dominant performances in two back-to-back matches against Dobson and Trevor Browne High Schools. With both victories, the Warriors proved their superiority on the mat, continuing their season with impressive momentum. The first victory came against Dobson High School, where Westwood left no room for doubt in a 71-11 rout. From the very start, the Warriors displayed technical proficiency and relentless determination, securing win after win in each weight class. Key victories came from the team’s top wrestlers, who fought fiercely to ensure a commanding lead early on.Westwood faced Trevor Browne High School, and the Warriors didn’t take their foot off the gas, dominating 56-20. Though Trevor Browne put up a stronger fight compared to Dobson, Westwood’s wrestlers were still too much to handle.
