Every year around spring break, the athletes of track and field lace up their shoes and race past their competitors, all aiming to win and make it to state. But it isn’t always about winning—it’s about showing support for those who have tried their best. I interviewed an athlete about what it’s like to be on the track and field team at Westwood.
