Westwood esports competes against other schools in three games, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. The Esports teams for each game had a great year and a fun season participating and playing against other schools.
Our Varsity league of legends team finished in 10th place,
Our Varsity smash bros team got 7th place,
Our Varsity Rocket League team fought for 10th place.
One of the esports club best memories from this year was going to the in person ASU campus during a school day to have an in person competition against other schools. We had a great time meeting our opponents and talking with them about the games we played. It was a fun opportunity to go off campus and play in a real competitive environment and have food provided.
