Are human robots good or bad? I think human robots can either be good or bad for the world. Human robots are machines that move, look, and talk like humans. They often use artificial intelligence to talk, walk, and interact with people. There are three types of human robots right now. They are androids robots, humanoid service robots, and industrial robots. There’s three humanoid robots that are well known right now, Sophia, Pepper, and Ameca. Sophia is well known for her lifelike appearance, facial expressions, and her ability to engage in conversations using AI. Pepper is well known for interacting with people and recognizing their emotions. Ameca is well known for its advanced human-like facial expressions and movements. I think human robots are helpful in some ways, but also bad for the world.
Human robots can be helpful because they can help with maintaining the world clean or helping people with things humans find difficult or hard to do. They can help explore space and underwater more. In my opinion, I think human robots that can help in the hospital by helping nurses and doctors if they get too busy and slow because of the number of patients in the hospital. They can ask new patients why they are there and assist them when they come in while doctors and nurses are doing important stuff like taking vitals and doing important surgery. So then when doctors or nurses are going to assist a patient again they already know how they feel and what’s wrong with them with the information the human robot wrote down when they were assisting the patient when they came in. Also, human robots working in clinics or hospitals can also help assist new patients by telling them what’s wrong if they have enough information to help them and telling the patient what to do to get better. The only thing human robots shouldn’t do in hospitals are surgeries and giving patients shots or doing tasks only real doctors and nurses should be doing. They shouldn’t do that because they can get out of control or hurt the patients. So, I think only human robots are good for the world if they are going to help keep the world clean and help with difficult things humans aren’t able to do.
Human robots can be bad for the world because they can take away jobs from humans which can leave humans without jobs. They also use a lot of energy, which can affect the environment, human health, economy, and planet. They can affect human health because weather changes and dirty air due to the amount of energy human robots use. Human robots have skills, but maybe they don’t have as many skills as a human can have. They can get out of control and can hurt people if they get too advanced with feelings or emotions or just in general. human robots also cost a lot of money to make which may use a lot of material and leave other jobs without materials they need. Overall, I think human robots are only good if they will help the world be clean and help with difficult tasks.
